Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
Educate patients about oral hygiene, prevention, and overall oral health
Take digital dental x-rays
Evaluate and document patients’ oral health
Communicate findings and treatment needs with the dentist
Assist with treatment planning and coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate patient records
Develop positive, long-term relationships with patients
Help create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
Active Iowa Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent patient care skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
Team-focused attitude
Passion for providing high-quality dental care
Ability to educate and connect with patients
New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
