Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

50-minute recall appointments
70-minute new patient appointments
80-minute appointments for two quadrants of scaling and root planing (SRP)

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
One Friday per month: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation: $30 per hour

Responsibilities
Perform preventive dental hygiene procedures
Complete periodontal charting
Provide prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP)
Take diagnostic dental radiographs
Apply fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver exceptional patient care with a warm, professional chairside manner
Qualifications
Current Alabama Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Proficiency in periodontal charting, prophylaxis, SRP, radiographs, and fluoride treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Experience with Dentrix is a plus
