What You’ll Love About This Role
Consistent 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
32 clinical hours per week – no weekends
Daily team huddle at 7:45 AM to set you up for success

What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and dental X-rays
Provide high-quality hygiene care including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with a team focused on excellent patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
X-ray certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
A positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
A solid work history and a desire for long-term growth with one practice
