JOIN OUR TEAM! We're Looking for a Dental Hygienist for Our Dental Clinic
Location: Marketplace at Pelican Bay, Naples, FL
At Alliance Family Dentistry, we combine science, art, and compassionate care to create healthier, more confident smiles. We're currently looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality dental cleanings and preventive care with a gentle touch and attention to patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the dental team to support comprehensive treatment.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and patient records.
What We’re Looking For:
A current Florida Dental Hygiene License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm and caring attitude that helps patients feel at ease.
Passion for learning, growth, and providing excellent care.
Dependability and punctuality — essential in our patient-centered environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
