Dental Hygienist – New Grads Welcome

Aurora North Dental is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, growing practice.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in providing thorough, patient-centred care, communicates confidently with patients, and enjoys working as part of a supportive clinical team. Experienced hygienists are highly valued, and motivated new graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
Complete periodontal assessments and maintain accurate records
Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Educate patients about their oral health and provide practical home-care guidance
Identify areas of concern and communicate findings clearly with patients and dentists
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their appointments
Collaborate closely with dentists, assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members
Who We’re Looking For
A genuine commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care
Strong communication and patient-education skills
A proactive attitude and openness to feedback and continuous learning
Previous dental hygiene experience is an asset; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience with iTero or other intraoral scanners
Experience supporting Invisalign patients
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly valued but not required
Schedule
We are currently looking for someone available on:
Mondays
Wednesdays OR Thursdays
Saturdays
