Job Description
Our established and growing dental practice in Burlington is seeking a compassionate, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you are a recent graduate eager to begin your career or an experienced clinician looking for a supportive practice environment, we would love to meet you.
We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, relationship-focused setting. Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and creating positive experiences for patients of all ages.
The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and passionate about oral health education. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to help patients feel comfortable and cared for are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Scaling and root planing
Digital radiographs
Periodontal charting
Sealants and fluoride applications
Patient education and treatment plan presentation
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license
CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Experience with digital radiography
Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required
