Dental Hygienist

We're looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We offer health insurance, paid time off, a four-day work week, performance bonuses, and support for continuing education.

SCHEDULE:
Monday–Wednesday, 8 am–5 pm; Thursday, 7 am–4 pm (one-hour lunch each day). Full-time.

AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, YOU:
Hold current Washington State dental hygiene licensure (or are eligible)
Have current CPR certification
Take time to connect with patients — we believe good care starts with really listening
Manage your day well, keeping the schedule on track and your notes current
Communicate openly with the team, including the doctor
New graduates welcome — no minimum experience required
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments
Take and interpret X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Partner with the dentist on codiagnosis — helping identify and discuss findings with patients as part of their exam
Chart findings and communicate them clearly to the dentist
Assist with sterilization and treatment room setup
PAY: $65–$68/hour, depending on experience.

LOCATION: 1000 Union Ave. SE, #101, Olympia, WA — on-site parking and easy access to I-5.
