Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist – 1–2 Days/Week (Parkland, FL)
Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity | Warm, Modern, Patient-Focused Office
Pay: $30-$45/hr depending on experience
26 North Dental is a boutique, patient-first private practice in Parkland, FL, built around unhurried care and long-term patient relationships (not a DSO, not high-volume). We're adding a hygienist to our team who wants to do more than clean teeth.
We're looking for someone who:
Delivers thorough, gentle, technically excellent hygiene care
Is confident using the iTero Lumina scanner and comfortable explaining digital scans to patients
Can recognize Invisalign/clear aligner candidates chairside and start that conversation with patients naturally and confidently; this is a core part of the role, not an afterthought
Has a sharp eye for spotting decay, wear, perio issues, and other findings during hygiene visits, and knows how to set the patient up for the doctor's exam ("Dr. Bennett is going to want to take a closer look at this") so treatment conversations land well
Genuinely enjoys patient education and case-readiness, not just the clinical procedure
This role directly supports case acceptance and practice growth. You're not just filling a schedule, you're a key part of how patients say yes to treatment.
We practice evidence-based dentistry. We diagnose based on what a patient actually needs, not what pads production: if a patient needs a deep cleaning, they get one; if they don't, they don't. We're looking for someone who shares that standard and diagnoses with integrity every time.
We're also a small, close-knit team. We're looking for someone clean, organized, and dependable, who works well with the rest of the team and is willing to jump in and help other departments when things get busy. Culture fit matters a lot to us here.
