Dental Hygienist (Part-time)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral care to our patients. Our office has been in business for 40+ years, with long-time employees and a large development of long-term patients. Pay is negotiable upon experience.

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols

- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and oral health conditions

-Ability to work in a fast pace environment

-Ability to contribute skills as a team player and help your peers

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices

- Experience assisting with dental receptionist duties is a plus

- Perform dental prophylaxis, RPS & laser treatment, scaling/polishing

- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

- Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care

- Ability to perform patient assessments
Requirements:

- Valid Dental Hygienist license in WI

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene

- CPR certification
