Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.

Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, vital signs, and current health status to ensure comprehensive care.

Documentation with Dentrix
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.

Follow infection prevention management protocols, including aseptic technique and healthcare infection control standards, to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification.

Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with knowledge of general dentistry procedures.

Proficiency in Dentrix for documentation review and EHR management.

Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to dental care.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance management and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
