Job Overview
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Rexburg. Our schedule has been consistently full, and we are adding another hygienist to better serve our loyal patients. Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some Fridays: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
This proposed schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. We are also open to exploring an occasional later shift (as late as 6:00 PM) to help serve patients who can’t come during normal school/work hours.

Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis and scaling/root planing (SRP)
Assess and monitor patient periodontal health and medical history
Take quality diagnostic radiographs for treatment planning
Develop and manage individualized periodontal treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical records in Curve Hero (experience preferred, training provided)
Ensure OSHA and infection control compliance
Assist with patient recall by encouraging patients to schedule their next appointment and helping to keep the hygiene schedule full
Qualifications
Current Idaho Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing, or ability to obtain prior to start date (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
2+ years of experience (preferred, not required)
Strong communication skills with patients of all ages
Commitment to high-quality preventive and periodontal care
Current CPR/BLS certification required or must be obtained prior to start date
Familiarity with Curve Hero is a plus
What We Offer
$36.85–$40.00 per hour (DOE) - based on experience, familiarity with Curve Hero, CE participation, and additional skills
