Dental Hygienist

We are a small private dental office looking for a good dental hygienist to help us maintain patient smiles. This is a part time position for 2-3 days every other week with the possibility of splitting the schedule with another private dental office.

Responsibilities:
Take detailed medical/dental histories and perform client intake forms
Perform routine dental hygiene procedures like cavity preparations, cleaning and polishing teeth. Must be willing to take x-rays and set up/break down rooms
Help with sterilization if needed
Handle instruments and equipment properly to ensure patient safety at all times
Maintain dentist's schedule by reminding patients of upcoming appointments, answering phones, scheduling appointments., etc.
