At Powell Dental Group, we're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. We believe dentistry should be positive, patient-focused, and maybe even a little fun.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Taking diagnostic radiographs
Educating patients on oral health (and convincing them flossing really does matter)
Building relationships with patients who actually look forward to seeing you
Accurately charting and documenting treatment
Working alongside an amazing team that supports each other

✔ Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License
✔ Excellent communication and patient care skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
✔ Attention to detail and strong clinical skills
✔ Someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience
✔ Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but we can teach the software

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation or Bachelor’s Degree
Current Dental Hygienist licensure
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
Excellent communication and customer service skills
