16 hours of paid CE time to keep your skills sharp
401(k) with 3% employer contributions (we’re planning for your future while you plan your next vacation

Your Schedule, Your Sunshine:
Full-time, 32 hours/week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Wednesdays off—yes, really—a mid-week breather!
Your Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (so you can catch some daylight and still have time to do something fun after work!)
And here’s the real-talk part: We’ll soon be welcoming a new associate dentist, and with that comes… some unknowns. Schedules may evolve over time, and right now we honestly don’t have all the answers yet. What we do know is that we care deeply about our people, we communicate early and often, and we’ll navigate any changes thoughtfully — with as much balance and flexibility as possible.

Your day-to-day:
Clean teeth, remove plaque & biofilm, and snap some awesome digital radiographs
Work with the dentist to keep smiles healthy and happy
Educate patients about oral health (and maybe share a joke or two)
Start the day with a morning huddle—and yes, it’s usually a good time!
