The DENTL Lounge is looking for a motivated, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

We’re not corporate, and we’re not your typical dental office. We’re an independent, modern practice focused on exceptional clinical care, genuine relationships, and an elevated patient experience. Our Patient Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
No Fridays or weekends

Who You Are
You’re a licensed Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and providing high-quality, individualized care. You are:
Warm, confident, and professional
An excellent communicator who helps patients feel comfortable and informed
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
Coachable and open to new systems and workflows
A team player who is willing to help when needed
Passionate about providing excellent care without making patients feel rushed
Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred, but we are most interested in finding someone whose personality, values, and approach to patient care align with our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing preventive and periodontal care for adult and pediatric patients
Taking diagnostic digital radiographs and other patient imaging
Educating patients and helping them understand their oral health
Creating a comfortable, positive, and personalized patient experience
Maintaining and turning over your treatment room with precision
Supporting sterilization, inventory, and day-to-day clinical operations
Helping us improve systems and protocols as the practice continues to grow
Collaborating with the doctor and clinical team to provide comprehensive care
