We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice. An active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene License and CPR/AED Certification are required. Qualifications - Dental HygienistRequired

Current CPR/AED Certification
Strong patient-care and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and the clinical team
Commitment to patient education and quality care
Preferred
Previous experience in a private dental practice
Interest in continuing education and advanced dental technology
Responsibilities - Dental Hygienist
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment recommendations
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
Contribute to a positive, welcoming patient experience

For more than 35 years, our privately owned dental practice has proudly served downtown Madison and surrounding communities. Led by Dr. Hazen and Dr. Foster, we are known for long-term patient relationships, modern dentistry, and a team culture built on respect, collaboration, and exceptional care. Our practice utilizes advanced technology including CEREC, Invisalign, iTero, multiple laser systems, implants, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. We believe great dentistry starts with a happy, supported team—and we invest in our people, technology, and continued education to provide an exceptional experience for both our patients and our staff.
Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour
