South Tulsa/Bixby | Full-Time | Private Practice | 4 Days/Week
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in the South Tulsa/Bixby area.
The earning potential is exceptional and it's proven.
Our hygienists are compensated at 30% of adjusted production, and the hygienist working this position earned more than $160,000 over the most recent 12 months.
That's not a projected number or an advertised “up to” amount. It's what this position has actually produced.
The schedule is four days per week, approximately 40 hours, with alternating Mondays and Fridays, giving you a four-day weekend every other week.
About Our Hygiene Model
This is a supported, assisted-hygiene position with an excellent dental hygiene assistant and a system we've developed to keep the day organized and running smoothly.
We also understand that the words “assisted hygiene” can make some hygienists hesitant.
If you've seen assisted hygiene done poorly, or picture a chaotic schedule where you're constantly rushing from room to room, we understand the concern. That's not how our system operates.
Our model is structured, organized, and supported. We'll train you on exactly how our system works and give you the support you need to become comfortable and confident with it.
We encourage you to come meet our team, see the office, and talk directly with our staff about how the schedule works before deciding whether it's right for you.

Communicates well with patients and coworkers
Is motivated and comfortable learning an efficient clinical system

Is proficient in the safe administration of local anesthesia
Holds a current Oklahoma Registered Dental Hygienist license
Experienced in clinical hygiene, 2+ years of clinical experience
