Dental Hygienist (PT) (3 yrs exp req)

We have a high quality patient centered dental practice and Dr Gleave has 35 years experience as a dentist. In need of an exceptional hygienist 3 days, ideally M, Tu, W but will consider hiring two hygienists 1 or 2 days . Our primary focus is always on the patient and their comfort. Exceptional pay ($45-50+ hr) for the right team member. Dentrix software with all modern equipment.

Prefer someone with 5+ years work experience. We have mostly an adult practice and great care is needed to maintain the periodontal health of our patients. Must be proficient with anesthetic and periodontal therapy, use of intra-oral camera, and adjunctive therapies. All recare appointments are given a full hour and periodontal therapy is scheduled as needed 1-2 hours.

Clinical skills are important but as important is having exceptional customer service skills. You must have the ability to read patients to be thorough but never hurt them.
