Job Description
$65–$75/HR + benefits in a supportive, one‑doctor private practice. Predictable schedule, 60–90 minute appointments, and a team that works together so everyone leaves on time.

This is a true one‑column hygiene position with a collaborative doctor and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Schedule
4‑Day Workweek — Closed Mondays, open Tuesday–Friday
Tuesday: 6:30–4:00 (huddle at 6:30, first patient at 7:00, last patient leaves at 4:00)
Wednesday: 7:30–5:00 (huddle at 7:30, first patient at 8:00, last patient leaves at 5:00)
Thursday: 7:30–5:00
Friday: 7:30–4:00
We begin each day with a 10‑minute morning huddle, and patients start at the top of the hour. At day’s end, the clinical team resets the office together so everyone can leave on time.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $65–$75/HR, negotiable
Eligibility: Benefits available for both part‑time and full‑time hygienists
