Job Description
Job Title: Dental Hygienist (Full-Time)
Location: Northeast Connecticut Dental Associates, Putnam, CT
Position Overview:
The dental hygienist will provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral health, and support the doctors in delivering treatment. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings, take and review radiographs, etc.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Support the dentists during exams and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid dental hygienist license in Connecticut.
CPR/BLS certification.
Proficiency with Dentrix, training can be provided.
