Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong dental health.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and managing sensitive medical information responsibly.
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license with current state registration.
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures, aseptic techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
