Registered Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (1–2 Days/Week)

Dental Care of Baltimore is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 1–2 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hygienist or a new graduate looking for a supportive environment, assisted hygiene, and strong earning potential without a full-time commitment.

Compensation
$60/hour guaranteed base pay
Attainable production bonus with opportunity to earn above the base rate
Paid based on all scheduled clinical hours

Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting and patient education
Take and review dental radiographs with assistant support
Identify and communicate periodontal and restorative concerns
Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Maryland Dental Hygiene license or eligibility for Maryland licensure
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
New graduates welcome
Schedule
1–2 days per week with some flexibility in determining the regular days.
