Bridge Street Dental | Brighton, CO | $60–$70/hr guaranteed base | $70–$80/hr evenings & Saturdays | $5,000 sign-on bonus

A week that actually fits your life
Monday & Thursday, 11am–8pm with a real hour break. Sleep in. Drop the kids at school. Miss rush hour entirely. A normal 8-hour working day that just sits later in the clock — and everything after 5pm pays $70–$80/hour.
Tuesday & Wednesday, 9am–2pm. Done by early afternoon — beat the school pickup line.
Friday: off. Every week.
Two Saturday mornings a month, 8am–1pm — at the premium rate, done by early afternoon.
Want more? Extra evenings and Saturdays are available at the premium rate if you want them. Never required.
We schedule your working interview during a Monday evening shift, so you can feel exactly what this job is like before you decide anything.
The pay, in plain terms
$60–$70/hour guaranteed base, depending on experience — every hour, regardless of no-shows or production.
$70–$80/hour for all hours after 5pm and all Saturday shifts.
$5,000 sign-on bonus — $2,000 in your first paycheck, $1,500 at 6 months, $1,500 at your first anniversary.
Working interviews paid at your quoted rate.
How you’ll practice — staggered assisted hygiene, done right
You’ll be our second hygienist, working alongside our lead hygienist — a growing team, not a revolving door.
Thursday is your full staggered day: two chairs with your own dedicated assistant working your exact shift — same hours, same break. You do hygiene; your assistant handles x-rays, charting, room turnover, and scheduling. Every adult patient gets a full 60-minute visit; kids get a real 30 — we never shave appointment times to squeeze more in.
Monday eases in — a light solo late morning, then full assisted stagger through the evening block when our patients actually want to come in.
Tuesday and Wednesday are calm solo short days reserved for the clinical work that deserves full solo hours: perio, SRP, and new patients. Cavitron ultrasonic scaling in every op, Dexis digital scanners and sensors, fully paperless charting in Dexis Ascend.
A doctor who backs your perio diagnoses and never asks you to skip what the patient needs.

New grads welcome — paired mentorship with our lead hygienist for your first 90 days, and we ramp your schedule gradually (10–11 patients/day your first month) while you and your assistant build your rhythm.
