We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants modern technology, respectful doctors, full appointment blocks that don't leave you sprinting between operatories, and a voice in patient care.

What you'll do
● Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal therapy
● Take and interpret digital radiographs; complete periodontal charting
● Educate patients on oral health and co-diagnose alongside our doctors
● Administer local anesthesia (if certified — a plus, not a requirement)
● Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend
● Help create the warm, welcoming visits our patients rave about
What we're looking for
Required:
● Active Ohio RDH license (or eligibility — new grads welcome!)
● Ohio radiography certification
● CPR/BLS certification
● A gentle touch and genuine warmth with patients — including anxious ones
Nice to have (not required):
● Local anesthesia certification
● Experience with Dentrix Ascend
● Laser certification or interest in laser dentistry (we'll train!)

This position works Monday–Thursday at our Hilliard office.
