Rare Full-Time Opportunity in an Established Private Practice
We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our privately owned dental practice in New Providence, NJ.

This is a rare opening created by the retirement of one of our beloved hygienists. We are proud of the long-term relationships we've built with both our team members and our patients, and we're looking for someone who is seeking a stable, supportive practice to call home.

Our practice has an established patient base, modern technology, supportive doctors, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Many of our patients have been with us for years and value the relationships they have built with our team.

Digital workflow throughout the practice
Periodontal charting and radiographs alternated between visits
Strong focus on preventive and periodontal care

Schedule (32 Hours Per Week)
Tuesday: 9 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7 AM – 1:00 PM (No lunch break)
Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with Mondays off, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday. Our team is welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the first patient each day to review the schedule, and prepare for a smooth day. This time is fully paid.

Qualifications
Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene License
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Experience with Open Dental and iTero is a plus, but not required.
