Pinewood Dentistry and Implants is hiring a Dental Hygienist / RDH for our relationship-based private dental practice in Cumming, GA 30041.

About Our Doctors & Clinical Environment
Our doctors perform the full scope of general dentistry, including:
Cosmetic dentistry
Invisalign
Dental implants
Surgical dentistry
Sedation dentistry
Endodontics/root canals
Crown and bridge
Full-mouth rehabilitation
Same-day CEREC dentistry
This creates an excellent clinical environment for hygienists who enjoy comprehensive dentistry and patient education.

Responsibilities
This position may include:
Routine prophylaxis appointments
Periodontal maintenance
Scaling and root planing
Gingival inflammation therapy/FMD
New patient visits
Digital radiographs and iTero scans
Full-mouth photography
Periodontal charting
Patient education and treatment discussion
Sterilization and operatory organization
Helping support overall office flow and team success
Appointment Times
We believe in giving our hygienists the time needed to provide excellent care.

Routine recare appointments: 1 hour
New patient appointments: 1.5 hours
SRP/FMD appointments scheduled based on your preferred timing and workflow

Schedule
We are ideally looking for a Full-Time hygienist, though we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.

At minimum, we are looking for:
Three (3) Fridays a Month
Plus at least 2 additional weekdays including either Monday or Wednesday
A minimum of 4 clinical days per week is considered full-time for hygiene.

Office Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Lunch 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is hourly, based on worked clinical hours, and based on experience.

Requirements
Active RDH license in Georgia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
