Dental Hygienist RDH

BerryHill Dental Center is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and supportive environment.

Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and sealant applications
Take digital X-rays
Review and update patient medical and dental histories
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist the dentist during examinations as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes
Ensure compliance with infection control and health regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient care
Qualifications
Active Tennessee Dental Hygienist License
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$39.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience
Monthly performance bonus opportunities
401(k) eligibility after 90 days, matching
