Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Upcountry Dental is a private general dental practice in Seneca, South Carolina. As a non-corporate office, we value patient quality of care and employee quality of life over benchmarks and the bottom line. We have a small but modern office of 6 operatories led by a solo dentist. Our office hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday offer a great work/life balance. We are interested in talking to both full time and part time candidates!

Daily Responsibilities:
Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing procedures
Administer local anestheisa, as necessary
Administer fluoride treatments and sealants
Conduct oral hygiene instruction for patients
Perform periodontal charting
Required Skills:
Registered Dental Hygienist with a valid license
Experience with digital x-rays
Knowledge of preventive care and oral hygiene techniques
CPR/BLS certification
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: $40-$60/hour, compensation negotiable
