Job Description
Dental Hygienist – Private Practice in Redlands, CA
*Experienced Candidates Only (No New Graduates)*
*You will have an assistant who takes x-rays and flips the rooms*
We are a well-established, patient-centered private dental practice in Redlands, CA seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional patient care while working efficiently in a supportive environment.
Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience
Start Date: within 2 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Review medical histories and maintain accurate charting
Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient flow
Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols
Build rapport and lasting relationships with patients
Requirements:
Valid California RDH license
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix preferred, but not required)
