Delivering thorough, top-notch cleanings and periodontal care patients actually remember
Reading each patient in the moment - knowing exactly when to educate and when to simply listen
Keeping clean, accurate documentation
Bringing energy and openness to new protocols, technology, and ideas as we keep leveling up
Making every patient feel genuinely cared for, not just processed
Teaming up with a group of people who love what they do
What Makes You a Great Fit
Active Dental Hygienist license (obviously)
A natural gift for reading people and responding to what they actually need
Thorough, thoughtful, and efficient - not sacrificing one for the other
Genuinely excited by change, new ideas, and continuous improvement
Warm, confident communication skills
Steady hands and an even steadier bedside manner
