About Smile Dental: Newer Dental office in Russellville, AR with large patient population and excellent google reviews. This practice is privately owned and not a DSO.
pay will be a daily rate vs 35% adjusted production (whichever is higher)
profit sharing with the practice (the more the practice makes the more you make)
4 day work week 8:30-5 with a 1 hour lunch
7 patients per day on average
