Job Description
Franco & Associates Family and Cosmetic Dentistry has served as the leader and preferred provider of dental services in St. Paul, Minnesota since 1974.
Our experienced staff offer comprehensive dental examinations at our St. Paul office and specialize in a wide array of dental services. We use only the most advanced technology and are committed to improving the quality of life of persons in the St. Paul community through enhanced dental services.
We’re looking for a dental hygienist who takes pride in high-quality work, pays attention to detail, and brings initiative, strong clinical skills, and a warm connection with patients.
At Franco & Associates, you’ll stay engaged, use modern technology, and work with doctors who value your clinical judgment—all with time to provide thorough, personalized care, educate patients, and complete accurate clinical records.
What we offer:
$65 guaranteed hourly
$5,000 sign-on bonus
60-minute appointments and a single-column schedule
No double-booking
No evenings or weekends
Flexible scheduling and a supportive team
Paid 15-minute break after four hours
