We are a boutique, cosmetic-focused general dentistry practice in San Ramon with one doctor and a small, tight-knit team delivering a high level of care and service to our patients. We've served San Ramon and the surrounding community since 1999, and our growing patient base has created an opening for a hygienist to join our full-time and part-time hygiene team, giving us dual-hygienist coverage every day of the week.

Schedule: Tuesdays 8:00am–5:00pm and Wednesdays 7:00am–4:00pm.

How you'll work with our doctor
This is the piece that matters most to us. Before each patient sits down, we expect you to have already reviewed their chart and current x-rays. When the doctor comes in, he wants to hear it from you: what you're seeing, what's changed, what's been recommended before and hasn't been done yet, and anything new he should look at. You're not just presenting a clean set of teeth — you're presenting clinical judgment. We'll trust you to bring it.

You are:
Experienced in the full scope of periodontal therapy — scaling, root planing, and laser therapy
Comfortable with a Piezo unit and air polishing
Comfortable with technology, including Dentrix and Dexis, and genuinely curious about the latest tools and techniques rather than sticking to "how it's always been done"
Skilled at talking with patients — educating them on what you're seeing and helping them understand and choose the right treatment
Articulate and confident communicating clinical findings directly to the doctor, not just charting them
Bright, motivated, and looking to grow — someone who wants to build their skills and help build our hygiene department, not maintain the status quo
Highly organized, efficient, and passionate about a genuinely high level of patient service

We welcome new graduates and experienced hygienists alike. Base pay is determined by experience, clinical skill, and fit — and every hygienist here can grow their income well beyond base through our uncapped, collections-based bonus.

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
