About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused dental practice in Redlands. We prioritize quality care over volume, ensuring you have the time you need to provide exceptional treatment and patient education.
What We Offer:
Dedicated Assistant for Hygiene
Consistent Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Conduct periodontal chartings, oral cancer screenings, and take diagnostic digital radiographs.
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-operative instructions.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical notes.
Sterilize instruments and ensure the operatory strictly adheres to all OSHA and infection control standards.
Requirements:
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent communication skills and a gentle, reassuring chairside manner.
High attention to detail and a commitment to patient-centered care.
