Dental Hygienist - Sign on Bonus

We are a privately owned, patient-focused dental practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal charting, digital X-rays, oral cancer screenings, fluoride treatments, patient education, and accurate documentation. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent patient care, infection control, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with the dentist and clinical team. Experience with digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and dental practice management software is preferred, and an active RDH license and current CPR certification are required.
