Job Description

Dental Hygienist Job Description:

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our mission-driven dental team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care while making a meaningful impact in communities with limited access to dental services.

✨ NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible – Employees may apply for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, offering potential student loan repayment while earning a competitive salary.

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and operatories for exams and procedures

Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis

Take vital signs and required radiographs

Conduct oral health assessments and charting

Perform scaling, root planing, fluoride treatments, sealants, and recall visits

Provide patient education and support

Dental Hygienist Qualifications:

Graduate of an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program

Current Ohio RDH license

1–2 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
