Dental Hygienist

Job Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Hygienist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting optimal oral health. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment dedicated to comprehensive dental services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will utilize your expertise to perform all aspects of Hygiene, Prophies & SRP w/ anesthetic administered, radiographs, etc.

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, vital signs, and current oral health status
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their needs
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental documentation standards
Support infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures
Collaborate with dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency and patient comfort
Review treatment plans, document findings, and assist in medical coding for billing purposes
SKILLS
Proficiency with dental software systems such as OPEN DENTAL for scheduling, documentation, and record management
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
