We're looking for a wonderful Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Boston Post Dental!

We are a private dental practice in Sudbury with a close-knit team and a patient base that truly feels like part of our practice family. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and we're looking for someone who enjoys getting to know their patients, building relationships, and providing the kind of care they'd want for their own family.

We're open to both full-time and part-time candidates. If you're looking for a full-time dental home, we'd love to talk. If you're an amazing hygienist looking for just a few consistent days each week, we'd love to talk to you too! We're willing to be flexible for the right person.

Position Details:
Full or part time available

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting and assessments
Take digital radiographs and intraoral images as needed
Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and confident about their oral health
Identify and communicate periodontal and restorative concerns
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
Work alongside our doctors, assistants, and administrative team to provide the best possible experience for our patients
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts Dental Hygiene license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and organized
Compassionate and patient-focused
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience is always appreciated, but we're also happy to meet newer hygienists who are excited to grow with a practice
