SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an energetic, positive, and highly motivated Dental Hygienist who loves working with children and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Provide pediatric dental cleanings and preventive care
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive dentistry
Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostics
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support doctors in delivering outstanding pediatric dental care
Help create a fun, calm environment for children of all ages

The ideal candidate is someone who:
Enjoys working with kids and knows how to make them feel comfortable
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy clinical environment
Has a positive, team-first attitude
Communicates clearly with both children and parents
Is organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Wants to grow professionally in a strong, supportive practice
Qualifications
Active Florida Dental Hygiene License
CPR Certification
Pediatric experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday – Thursday
No evenings or weekends
