Job Description
Tempe Dental Care is looking for a compassionate, skilled Dental Hygienist to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Tempe, Arizona. We have been serving patients in the Valley for more than 25 years and are committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a friendly and professional environment.
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who takes pride in patient care, communicates well with patients and team members, and enjoys being part of a supportive dental team.
$50–$55 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
What You’ll Do
Provide quality preventive dental hygiene care
Help patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Communicate professionally with patients and the dental team
Work collaboratively with doctors, dental assistants, and front-office staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Follow established clinical and office procedures
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental practice
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
$50–$55 per hour, depending on experience
Health insurance with 50% of the premium paid
Vision care
6 paid holidays
1 week paid vacation after 1 year
2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years
