Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and clinically skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing excellent preventive care, and supporting a high-quality, patient-centered dental practice.

The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing hygiene services, educating patients on oral health, supporting periodontal care, assisting with patient screenings, and helping the doctor identify treatment needs. This position also plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience and supporting overall office flow.

Key Responsibilities
The Dental Hygienist will:
Perform adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within the scope of licensure.

Take and review radiographs as needed.

Complete periodontal charting and document clinical findings accurately.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, home care, and recommended treatment.

Screen for oral health concerns, including periodontal disease, caries, oral cancer, and other clinical findings.

Assist the doctor with hygiene exams by communicating findings clearly and professionally.

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records.

Follow infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety protocols.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked hygiene operatory.

Communicate warmly and professionally with patients, team members, and doctors.

Experience:
Dental Hygienist: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Texas Dental Hygienist license (Required)
Ability to Commute:
Tomball, TX 77375 (Required)
