Dental Hygienist / Treatment Coordinator — Periodontal & Implant Specialty Practice
Sundance Implant and Periodontal Center | Provo, UT (with a satellite office in Lehi)
Tired of back-to-back hygiene days — or double hygiene shifts that leave you running on fumes? If you love connecting with patients but want out of the nonstop chairside grind, this might be the role for you.
We're looking for a Hygienist/Treatment Coordinator hybrid to join our team. This isn't a traditional hygiene position — it's a relationship-driven role at the center of the patient experience, blending clinical skill with case coordination, education, and communication.
What You'll Do
Coordinate patient case discussions and treatment education
Gather dental records, radiographs, and impressions ahead of procedures
Serve as the primary liaison between our office and referring dental offices
Guide patients through every step of their care journey
Provide anesthesia support for surgical cases
Take on occasional hygiene duties (maintenance visits, SRP) as needed
What We're Looking For
Licensed dental hygienist (active license required)
Outgoing, warm personality — you genuinely enjoy talking with people
Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing records and case logistics
A team player who brings energy and doesn't take themselves too seriously
Prior experience in periodontics, implants, or treatment coordination is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
