Davidson Family Dentistry in Urbandale is continuing to grow! We are looking to add a full-time or part-time Dental Hygienist to our team! As a Dental Hygienist at Davidson Family Dentistry, you will play an important role in providing exceptional patient care and education.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing, recording, and maintaining patient records using XLDent
Taking digital radiographs using Dexis sensors
Performing periodontal assessments and charting
Providing patient education on oral health and preventive care
Assisting in treatment planning and educating patients on diagnosed treatment
Maintaining sterilization and operatory cleanliness
Sharpening and sterilizing instruments
Maintaining dental equipment and operatory organization
Providing comfortable, compassionate patient care
60-minute appointment times, with additional doctor time scheduled for new patient appointments
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Iowa
CPR Certified
Local Anesthetic Certification
Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification
Computer literate
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication and time management skills
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
