Job Description
Our growing, multi-doctor doctor practice is looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable providing the full slate of dental hygiene procedures from prophies to scaling & root-planing.
Pay is commensurate with experience, ranging from $44-50 per hour. Full- or part-time applicants are encouraged to apply. Grand Dental offers benefits including retirement, paid time-off, cafeteria medical insurance, and free dental care for team members and their immediate families. A qualified applicant should hold a current license in good standing with the Iowa Dental Board to practice dental hygiene with anesthesia credentials.
We schedule 60 minutes for routine visits and prioritize quality and efficiency over pure quantity. Our office conducts quarterly team building with in-house CE and emphasizes continuous improvement.
