Live Oak Dental is looking for an amazing, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team! We serve our community here in Sunset Beach with compassion and comprehensive dental care. The ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring, friendly, and outgoing demeanor as well as possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Extensive clinical experience is preferred but not required, but the ability and desire to continually learn and improve is. We are looking for a person with interesting life experiences outside of dentistry, a well-rounded individual that can communicate and interact with patients both personally and professionally. Solid communication skills both verbally and electronically are crucial to this position.

You will work alongside the dentist to meet the oral health needs of our patients by providing preventative dental care and educating patients on ways to maintain and improve good oral health. This is a full-time position that comes with an excellent salary, benefits and opportunity for growth. Some private practice experience is preferred but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. All applicants must have a current North Carolina dental hygiene license.

Minimum one year of dental hygiene experience

This position includes medical insurance monthly stipend, dental care, paid time off, office bonus plan, 401k match after 1 year and a competitive hourly wage based on ability and experience.
