Dental Hygienist
We are looking for a warm, personable, and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our multi-specialty boutique dental practice. Our approach is centered around exceptional clinical care, personalized attention, and creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
As a member of our team, you’ll provide comprehensive preventive care while building genuine relationships with patients and helping them feel confident about their oral health. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to patient care.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including thorough cleanings, scaling, polishing, and periodontal assessments.
Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene and preventive care.
Create a calm, comfortable, and welcoming patient experience.
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
Follow the highest standards of sterilization, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
Work closely with our dentist and team to provide seamless, personalized care.
What We’re Looking For
Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience in general dentistry; boutique or private-practice experience is a plus.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Dentrix.
Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, patient-centered approach.
Professional, dependable, and confident working independently while being a collaborative team member.
A genuine passion for creating an exceptional patient experience.
