Job Description
Mitthoeffer Family Dental is seeking a full-time Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator to join our busy and friendly dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office setting, with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include verifying dental insurance benefits, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, updating patient registration and health history forms, answering multi-line phones, assisting patients with questions and keeping a healthy schedule.
Candidates are preferred to have 1–2 years of experience in the dental field, are familiar with Dentrix software, and are bilingual (Haitian Creole/English). The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
