Job Description
We are looking to fill a Front Desk position!
We are a small 2 doctor family owned practice located in West Knoxville. We are open Monday-Thursday (7-4 on Mon, Tues, Thurs and 7-2 on Wednesdays).
Experience in a front desk position and with insurance is required.
We use Dentrix as our PMS and Weave for patient communication. Experience with these is a plus but not a requirement.
Roles include - answering phones/texts, scheduling patients, checking patients in, filing insurance, collecting and posting payments, communicating with referrals, and overseeing the day to day front desk operations.
Salary is based on experience plus bonuses, PTO, and dental. Other benefits may be available as well.
