Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our dental laboratory team. While this position primarily focuses on reception and administrative duties, we are particularly interested in individuals who have an interest in the dental laboratory industry, digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and 3D printing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about modern dental laboratory workflows and technologies.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area to create a friendly environment.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental office.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Prepare and package dental cases carefully and accurately for pickup and delivery
Collaborate with dental assistants and laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
Requirements
Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly dental terminology, is essential.
Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems is a plus.
Experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
