Duties & Responsibilities
· Handle incoming telephone calls, emails
· Handling incoming/outgoing mails via couriers
· Accounts receivable/payable management
· General office duties and assistance in marketing
Qualifications
· Communication skills, verbal and written
· Experience with Microsoft Office & basic computer skills
· Experience in the dental industry preferred
· Verbal and written communication in French an asset
· High School graduation or equivalent, Post-secondary education an asset
Job type: Full Time, 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Wage: negotiable based on experience
